The Short Story Behind the Brand Elizabeth Cornwell Designs
I chose to launch Elizabeth Cornwell Designs to allow art accessibility. As it is widely known, the art world is closed off to many. We don't allow that here. I wanted my designs to help curate and elevate your space with timeless designs. Discover art for yourself or someone else; join our journey.
In a world where trends come and go, true luxury lies in timeless elegance. At Elizabeth Cornwell Designs, we craft more than just art—we create statements of sophistication designed to captivate and inspire for years to come.
Inspired by our logo to create, Elizabeth Cornwell Designs branding uses a yellow rose for our logo for many reasons. Yellow roses have a deep history. In floriography (flower language), they symbolize joy and warmth in modern times. They also represent friendship, care, and bonds, making them an excellent choice for your childhood best friend. Yellow was the colour of choice for young me, and as I work on reconnecting to the joy of childhood, I remember the colour yellow, also known as 'lelow.' It brought me joy, as do roses. They make me feel peaceful, and I remember all the beauty around me. Other meanings of yellow roses include remembrance and appreciation. These are the types of feeling I wish to bring into my home and into yours, with the creations of Elizabeth Cornwell Designs.
Our philosophy is simple yet profound:
'Art should not only adorn your walls but enrich your soul.'
Edit*; I am sorry to announce that after much reflection Elizabeth Cornwell Designs is taking a break from creating, the blog will continue however the store and studio are closing until further notice. Thank you for your support and understanding at this time.
