 BIRD SONG

The love I have for you is as sweet as bird song,

As clear as flight in a blue summers sky.

It makes me feel as tall as the tree the singing bird sits,

As gentle as a petaled feather gracing your face.

The love I have for you is a pure as the morning song,

My hope and dreams float around you,

Dancing in the morning sun or a midday meadow

My love for you is never resting.
